Prices shown on this site apply to the quantities listed and are subject to change. Bulk and program pricing is confirmed in a written quote from your account manager.

A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Where stock is on clearance or end-of-run, availability is confirmed at the time of order, not at the time of quotation.

Submitting an order through this site is a request to buy. Your order is accepted once an account manager confirms stock, sizing and decoration and issues an invoice.

Nothing is charged at the point of submitting the order on this website.

Custom badges, patches, embroidery and print are produced from a proof you approve. Once a proof is approved, production begins and the specification is fixed.

You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, emblem, rank insignia or wording you send us, and that its use does not infringe anyone else's rights or misrepresent your officers as sworn law enforcement.

Certain duty gear — including batons, restraints, defensive sprays and electrical devices — is regulated and its sale, carriage and use vary by state and municipality.

It is your responsibility to confirm that the items you order may lawfully be sold to and carried by your officers in the jurisdictions where they work. We may decline or cancel an order where we cannot ship lawfully.

Payment terms are set out on your invoice. Account terms are available to established trade accounts on request.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Decorated, tailored and custom-manufactured goods are made to your specification and are not returnable unless faulty.
